We are a Ineventory Owned Online platform for renting home appliances, furniture, lifestyle items and other electronic items for individuals and corporates.
How does Rent Ezy work?
You can explore and choose form our wide range or products on our site, Once you choose your product and place the order our service executive will call you initiate the delivery process, We will dispatch and deliver the products to you after a thorough quality check to ensure a superior experience. Once your contracted rental duration is over, we pick up the products from you and your refundable deposit amount would be paid back to you after determining any physical damages in which case the refundable deposit shall be adjusted to the extent of the damage as agreed mutually.
Does Rent Ezy own the products?
YES, unlike most market place renting solutions we own all the products that we provide to our customers. Which means the quality of the product is completely ensured and guaranteed apart from ensuring quick repalcements in case of any issues with product.
How am I assured of the quality of products from Rent Ezy ?
All the products are quality checked and are ensured to deliver best performance – we also give our customers a NO OBLIGATION RETURN option at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with the product quality by paying a nominal handling charges of INR 200.
Do I need to submit any documents to Rent Ezy ?
Yes, one valid address proof and ID proof is all we need to process your order and deliver your products
Do I have to pay a refundable deposit for the product to Rent Ezy?
We charge a nominal refundable deposit for each product that we provide. This is 100% refundable at the end of the rental tenure subject to product damage claims if any.
Do I need to be a registered user on Rent Ezy to book a product?
No, you do not need be a registered user to rent a product, you can place an order as a guest and we will take care of the rest.
Do you offer home delivery for the products?
Yes, We can home deliver all products at an extra charge as applicable. Each Item has a shipping fee defined for the delivery which you will be seeing in your cart summary.
How much do you charge for home delivery?
The charge depends on the type, size and weight of the product.
Who will take care of any repair or maintenance ?
Rent Ezy will own the regular maintenance and repairs while any repairs arising out of mis-handling of the product are the responsibility of the customer.
Will the refundable deposit amount be returned immediately when I give back the product?
The refundable deposit will be returned within 3 business days after the return of the products to Rent Ezy.
What if the product is damaged during the rental tenure?
If the product is repairable, then the cost of repair is to be paid for by the customer after assessing the extent of the damage.

Can I cancel the booking?
Yes. You can cancel the booking before it is dispatched from the warehouse.
Can I extend the duration of rental for a product?
Yes, depending on the availability of the product and subject to other terms as applicable.
Can I reduce the rental duration?
You can reduce the rental duration in exceptional cases, however please note that monthly rental slab will change as per the new tenure subject to higher rental tariff applicable for that rental duration slab.
