1. Rent will start from the date of Delivery of goods and ends on date of return of goods.

2.  Any damages to goods caused by customer will be borne by customer as per appropriate market rates.

3. Customer to not to move goods to another location without explicit and written confirmation from Rent Ezy.

4. Any normal repair / maintenance issues would be taken care of by Rent Ezy.

5. Onetime delivery charges will be extra as per delivery location.

6. 2 Months of rental Value to be paid as refundable deposit.

7.  Refundable Deposit will be paid to the customer within 7 days of return of the appliances.

8. Delivery Process will be initiated post KYC document submission (ID proof and Address Proof) of the individual / company.

9. KYC documents are MUST for Order booking.

10. Appliance / electronics security will be sole responsibility of the customer once it is delivered and before it is picked up by Rent Ezy.

11. Images / Photos are indicative and for representation purpose only. Actual products may slightly vary in color / specs / brand.

12. All appliances will have a minimum rental period of 3 months.

13. Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without notice.

14. All appliance returns to be informed 48 hours before the pickup date.

15. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.

16. Rent Ezy will have the rights to physically remove the rented items in the event of default of monthly payments.
